We focus on nurturing a culture of sustainability. Only by ensuring our people champion ESG can we continually deliver improvements in our own organisation, and support our partners, clients, and candidates to be change makers too.
Environmental responsibilities
Our environmental efforts focus on where we can make the most meaningful impact – understanding industry best practices, reducing environmental harm, and delivering on our carbon reduction plan. Our wider group of businesses have developed a range of initiatives relevant to their industry and environmental impact.
We’re doing more than making commitments and creating plans. We are taking action to improve sustainability, and some of our achievements to date include:
- 2 years Excellent ISO 14001 Accreditation showing our commitment to a sustainable environment
- Recycling rates up – All our sites have clearly labelled segregation bins in strategic areas
- Promoting sustainable travel with bike parking, cycle to work scheme and discounted public bus pass access
- LED Lighting installed in as many to reduce our annual carbon emission
- Reduced our energy consumption in office locations
- We share and implement great ideas to create a smarter, greener environment. This includes Tidy Towns, STEM programmes, and Beach clean-ups.

Continuous improvement is key to our success. Our services are underpinned by globally recognised security and quality assurance standards, ensuring we adhere to the highest standard for our customers and employees.

Societal investments
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to realise their full potential.
Internally, this means fostering our inclusive, diverse workforce culture, ensuring every employee feels valued and given the support they need. From global awareness training to employee engagement groups, and surveys to assess our performance, we’re continuously reviewing ways to improve each year.
Externally, we extend the same mindset to our customers. We guide clients on inclusive practices and conduct business in accordance with our Diversity and Equal Opportunities policies. We identify underrepresented groups in our operating markets and forge partnerships with organisations and individuals to help address this imbalance.
Community
In our wider communities, we invest in fundraising initiatives, partnerships with a range of charities and not-for-profit organisations, and global education programmes.
Our goal to raise over €1,000,000 for charity has been exceeded, with more than 1000 of our people worldwide taking the time and effort to make a difference in the lives of others. We have supported over 200 charities in our global communities and volunteered more than 8,000 hours with local causes.
