The challenge

A government agency needed our urgent help to scale a national contact tracing programme during COVID-19.

To enable this, they needed a specialist partner in workforce planning: one who could set up centralised forecasting, accurate headcount reporting, and better payroll processing.

Our experts were on the ground within 24 hours. Working in sprints, we planned and implemented cloud-based software, agile working methods, and a new payroll processing system that optimised contact tracing centre operations.
