1988 – 2005: From opening our doors in Ireland

We launched from a two-person office at the dawn of the mobile revolution. Driven by an ambition to Go Beyond for our customers, we grew to over 100 people across five offices in Ireland. Go Beyond is just as fundamental to our business today, helping us nurture customer relationships that stretch over 30 years (and counting).

2005 – 2024: To growing and evolving with our customers

As the world raced towards digitisation and smarter ways of working, one truth became clear: Our customers needed a multifaceted, multinational partner to help them invest in the right talent, customer experiences, and technology. And so, we transformed into a 3,000-strong team of Organisational Engineers with hubs across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
